Last Saturday night was a very special performance to Celebrate my friends Tom and Lea Dumpleton's 60th Wedding Anniversary.
Tom is one of the very few people around who is able to share stories of working in a 'big show' (Wirths Circus) back in the days of travelling by train! These days Tom, Lea and their family work together as a team to produce the Circus Fans Of Australia Magazine "Fanfare".
My performance last night for their family was a complete surprise that had been organised by their granddaughter Kim. When I arrived at the function I passed on a congratulations to Tom and he said to me, "I can't believe you haven't got a show on tonight", I smiled and said to him "actually I do"! He looked confused and kept mingling with guests - later on in the night he found out that the show I was referring to was for himself and Lea 😅
It's always special being able to share my magic with friends!!
