RIP PAUL DANIELS:

 

I am very sad to hear that Paul Daniels has passed away.

I was lucky enough to see Paul work live in front of magicians and lay people on three occasions (once at the Zeneth Theatre Sydney and Twice in NZ) - Each time his "act as known" (Chop Cup, Electric Chairs and Egg Lemon and Walnut) went like clockwork.It was such a treat to see such a spectacular showman in action!

Paul was also very encouraging to me and said such kind things about my work when presenting me with an award in NZ.

This is a huge loss to the world of magic and show business.

FUNNY YOUNG AUDIENCE MEMBERS: (Part 2)

Last week after performing a show for an audience of both adults and children a little girl who was aged 5 or 6 came up to me and asked,
"Did you do magic in Nelson Bay?"...
I replied,
"Yes I have!"
Curious to know if she saw me there in January when I was doing school holiday shows, I then asked her,
"Did you see me do a show there recently when you were on holidays?"
She said,
"No. But I know there are a lot of rabbits there!"
I think she honestly thinks I'm responsible for the rabbit population problem in Port Stephens! After all when your 5 or 6 you know where rabbits come from - magic boxes and top hats!
