GOLD COAST MAGIC CIRCLE LECTURE 2016

Last night I presented a "Magic Lecture" at the Gold Coast Magic Circle. They were a very friendly and appreciative group and my lecture got a great response. Many folks who attended told me that they could see themselves using my "creations" in their own shows.........

SOME QUESTIONS:

* If a man writes a book called "How To Be A Total Failure" and no one buys the book...... Is it a success?

* If a turtle were to fall out of its shell, would it be, naked or homeless?

* If a person lives at the end of a one way street, how does he move?

QUIRKY CIRCUS:

Congratulations to Claire Reincastle and the team who coordinated "Quirky Circus" in Hornsby on the 5th November. 

This performance was part of Hornsby Council's "Festival Of The Arts" events.

The performance included a host of world class circus performers.

During the intermission I was speaking to a father who had bought his family along to see the show - he asked me "how many shows a year do these performers do together?". He was blown away when I told him that the entire program had been put together for just one night! Due to the great variety and the slick pacing of the show, he just assumed that the cast of the show work together on a regular basis!

BALLOONS, BALLOONS AND MORE BALLOONS.

I'm getting ready for today's "Balloon Twisting Workshop". This involves blowing up 300 balloons with a hand pump!

This activity is a great way to keep children amused and amazed during the holidays. It may surprise some of you to learn that I also do "Balloon Twisting Workshops" for adults. These workshops have gone over very well at "team building days", as a "conference ice breaker", Preschool Educators Seminars and at Community Colleges.

SO FAR, SO GOOD:

I'm really enjoying the performances that I'm doing for the NSW School Holidays. This week is going smoothly and each session has been very well attended! Thanks to Renee Michell for the photos below:
