It was great to work with Winning Appliances at Sydney's beautiful Ryde Paramatta Golf Club this evening.
After a competitive day of Golf, the team were treated to a buffet dinner and sleight of hand magic!

The performance recieved a great response from the crowd and concluded to a standing ovation that was led by the Club's General Manager!!

A local gym called 'Magic Motivation Fitness' very appropriately hired a Magician (ME!!) to appear at their annual ball this evening!
It is an elegant night of sleight of hand magic, meals and music.
The folks attending were such a fun and appreciative audience.

When I perform "Close Up Strolling Magic" at events, I don't just "wander around doing dry card tricks" (I've heard some horror stories from clients). But rather I bring an experience that I guarantee will leave guests amused and amazed.
This unique style of magic has a big impact as many people have never seen magic being performed live, let alone happening right under their nose or in their own hands!! My Strolling Magic has been described as being "the perfect ice-breaker" and there are always complements on how much fun it adds to the atmosphere.

CORPORATE MAGIC!
I enjoyed being the special guest artist at this years Wauchope Business Awards Night this evening.
Wauchope is a delightful community on the Mid North Coast. Everyone made sure that I felt very welcome - I was included in the meals and even given an unexpected motel room upgrade!
I met so many passionate owners of business large and small who shared inspiring stories about how they have kept their business running through fires, floods and pandemics!

The conference welcomed guests from literally all over Australia and New Zealand to Newcastle's Honeysuckle Hotel for a night of drinks, magic and music.

AUGUST IS A MAGICAL MONTH!
I'm going to enjoy a VERY BUSY August! In addition to my events for corporations, I will be visiting primary schools all over New South Wales with the CONDA AWARD- WINNING EDUCATIONAL SHOW ("Best Theatrical Event 2018), "BOOKS ARE MAGIC".
This production promotes the idea that you can take a magical adventure when you read a good book! It is the perfect fit for this year's "Book Week" theme, "Reading Is Magic" (I can't believe my luck!). Woven into the script of the show are key terms relating to books that children will have heard in the class room (eg. Author, Illustrator, Fiction).
If your child's school is not part of this month's performance schedule, they can still experience the show at two public performances at Belmont Library on 23rd August at 11:30am and 6pm! Home school groups and playgroups are also very welcome to join the fun on these occasions too!

I really enjoyed working with McGrath Nelson Bay. I just shared a 45 minute, sleight of hand show with them at the beautiful The Wharf Restaurant venue.
The audience was a team of 19 professionals ranging from 21 - 70. My show was VERY well received and ended with a standing ovation!
The nights fun and frivolity also included the gifting of humerus coffee cups to each other and swapping seats at the long dinner table each time the boss rang a bell, so that everyone interacted with each other throughout the night!

It was such a joy to be back at Red Tree Theatre this evening.
Despite it being a cold winter night, we presented the show to a SOLD OUT crowd with folks travelling from all over Sydney, Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Mid North Coast areas just to see the production.
I look forward to working with Red Tree Theatre again in the October School Holidays.
